Bogforum is an annual book fair, which took place for the first time in 1992. The location is Bella Center Copenhagen, which is a fully modern trade fair and convention center in Copenhagen.

The book fair, which is the first and largest event when it comes to literary events in Denmark, lasts for three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and is visited by a vast range of prominent Danish and foreign authors.

Bogforum is a fair aimed at the public – at the readers who visit the fair and meet the authors, listen to conversations about recently published books and buy the books. The key factor in Bogforum is the meeting between the author and the reader.

35.000 readers visit the fair every year. 200 publishing houses, bookshops and other key players in the Danish book market exhibit at the fair and we have about 300 journalists accredited. In 2018, we hosted more than 300 authors at the fairs 14 official scenes.
